Era of the Projector: a new paradigm

Since the beginning of my adventure with Human Design, I've come across a somewhat vague notion several times: time cycles. This is a reading of time specific to Human Design, which allows us to understand the past and also to have an idea of what the future may hold.

The next important date is 2027! So we are at the dawn of a new era, which some people call the era of the Projector.

Me and my rationality were not too interested in this theme at the beginning, I tell you frankly. I thought it was crazy enough to explore all this information about my own functioning, I didn't have the space for the functioning of humanity. And then, when I did my training for the Genius Report (a vision of Human Design specifically oriented towards business and organisations), I fell back into it! So, as a good Projector who likes to understand everything, I looked into it.

The Global Consciousness Program

According to Human Design, we are perpetually "bombarded" by neutrinos, cosmic particles charged with information. They pass through the planets of our solar system, and also through the many stars and other celestial bodies that make up our universe. These neutrinos then arrive at us, at every moment, carrying the information they have collected during their journey (all this happens at a speed impossible to conceive on our scale!). It is these neutrinos that create our Bodygraph, our cosmic signature so to speak.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, I invite you to read this article, I can see you coming: "Oh Sarah, you've cracked, you've joined their cult, it's the end for you. And honestly, for a moment, I was tempted to believe you. But the golden rule in Human Design is experimentation.

And the second golden rule is "Follow your Authority and your Strategy". I know in my heart that what I'm telling you rings true. It is "validated" by my little voice, and my experience.

So the only invitation I have for you is this: do your own experiment, your own research, and feel in your body if what I'm sharing resonates. It's okay if it doesn't, and it doesn't take away from the value of Human Design as a tool in your life! So I was talking about neutrinos carrying messages from planets and other cosmic bodies. Well, they form what is called the Global Consciousness Program. This program gives us information about the chronology of the world, and the essence of each great era.

New paradigm

Since about 1615 we have been in an era imbued with the energy of the Cross of Planning. This corresponds to the end of feudal systems and warrior kings, and the beginning of a new era: the era of scientists, of the Enlightenment. It is also the era of globalisation, of an advent of systems, organisations, structures, to build a secure and collectively controlled world.

In concrete terms, this era is based on the following notions: contribution, planning, growth and work.

Basically, we are defined by our work, by our contribution to the collective effort of growth. We are part of a tribe, big or small: we exist through a country, a culture, a group. We work to survive and grow, and the general idea is that you have to suffer to earn a living.

So what is the paradigm shift? Well, in 2027 according to Human Design, we are going to begin a new era. We are moving from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. We are moving into a completely different perspective.

The keywords are individuality, authenticity, responsibility and self-love.

Collapse(s)?

I don't think it has escaped anyone's notice that for the last decade - and maybe even before - the world is falling apart. Or rather, society as it has been conceived since the Enlightenment is being strongly challenged. 2027 can be perceived as a collapse of society as we live it today, and we are already seeing the beginnings of it.The coronacircus is a glaring example of this global system struggling and still trying to control people - the masses. I'm not going to get into the controversy any further, but from my point of view, these crises we've been going through for the last two or three years are the last traces of our dying society. Is this the end? If we talk about growth, more and more, indecency, capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism... I say YES!

Imagine 2027

Call me an optimist and a utopian, but for me, 2027 is also the beginning of a new paradigm, of new possibilities. In this new world, we are powerful because we are authentic, respectful of our values and those of others. We form enlightened communities, not predetermined groups. We cultivate presence, intuition, courage and flexibility. It is our ambition to evolve and build a better world that carries us forward, helping us to confidently navigate through chaos and open ourselves to new opportunities.

Everything I share with you here on the blog, everything that fuels my activities every day, every decision I make on a daily basis is geared towards this deep belief that we change for the better. The more we are aware of our natural workings, the more we can see our conditioning. Those layers that are not ours, but are residues of beliefs and rules set by our families, our ancestors, our societies, etc.

The Phoenix tells us: "rise from your ashes, rise from the ashes of a system that prevents you from being deeply yourself". It is not insignificant that many people are slowing down, are in reconversion today, are getting closer and closer to their essence. The change is visible at all levels.

We no longer want growth at the expense of our well-being and balance. We are looking for meaning in our lives, in our work. A contribution in line with our deepest values, our creativity, our natural talents.

Why the age of the Projector?

Human Design, the Genius Report, and hundreds of other tools, give us the opportunity to emerge from apathy and take our place. To create the world we want for ourselves and future generations. The reason I mentioned the Projector at the beginning of this article is because of the wisdom that this Type can bring to build this new paradigm.

In essence, the Projector is turned towards others, experiencing energy through others. This gives them the wisdom to use energy with awareness and respect. This is valid on an individual level: the Projector sees with their heart and guides those who have recognised them and invited them to go further in the discovery of themselves.

It is also valid on a collective scale: for me, the Projector learns to use energy sparingly, to move towards a kind of degrowth, a return to essentialism. This is the path we must take today if we want to protect the planet. Of course, Projectors as individuals are imperfect! I am a Projector, and I can guarantee that we learn from our mistakes, our encounters and our experiences. But I also believe that we can lead others towards the transformation we want for the world, if we start by listening to each other and respecting each other.
